BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCH:
I was born in San Francisco. I traveled a lot when I was younger, Europe, South America, Asia, Canada and the United States. I always would return to the Bay Area; this is where I feel most at home.

I received a Masters in art from San Jose State in sculpture. My Masters show was at The San Jose Museum of Modern Art. I have been exhibiting my work since 1975. My work evokes a feeling of whimsy at first glance. A closer look reveals a deeper meaning through the symbolism of each work. The 3-dimensional form is where most of my artistic interests are focused. I am a full time sculptor, currently working on painted aluminum pieces. I feel they are surreal in content.

My house and studio are in Sonoma County. I live there with my wife, Diane. I love living in Sonoma County.
